This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County dismissing appellants petition for habeas corpus. The petition had originally been filed in 1964 and denied then, but this court, in Com. ex rel. Butler v. Rundle, 416 Pa. 321, 206 A.2d 283 (1965), remanded for a Jackson-Denno hearing to determine the voluntariness of Butlers confession introduced at trial. The court below found the confession to have been voluntary, and thus dismissed the petition.
